It's sad to hear when someone is disappointed with a chocolate related delivery. I hope you aren't.

Some things to note. Due to health and safety, some items such as perishable or short dated stock can't be refunded. Please make sure your delivery address is correct when ordering, we are unable to change the address when shipped and can't refund for this.
If you'd like to cancel and return your order within 14 days of ordering, you can do so. Please get in touch with us over email about this. You can return your order to the return address on the postage label. We can only refund you after we've inspected the stock. If stock is tampered with, open, half eaten, sorry, we can't refund you for this.
We only offer postage compensation if we've made an error. Unfortunately we can't refund you postage if you've just changed your mind. Refunds are made via the original payment method, please allow 14 working days for this to be processed.
If you are returning something, make sure to get proof of postage. The parcel is your responsibility until confirmed delivered.
Identity is important. Please avoid getting your mate to email for you. We can only discuss orders with the person that placed it.
