Cocoba: Drinking Chocolate Flakes
These Great Taste award winning 55% dark Belgian chocolate shavings create a rich and smooth at home iced chocolate or hot chocolate drink. Use them for cooking, and add them as a topping for your morning cappuccino. Made from the same chocolate we use in our chocolate cafe in Kent, these vegan, dairy free chocolate flakes are a great way to treat yourself at home.
To create a refreshing iced chocolate drink: pour 4 or 5 tablespoons of the 55% dark Belgian chocolate flakes into a tall glass, and then stir in 2 tablespoons of boiling water to make a paste.
To use in a hot chocolate: scoop 4-5 tablespoons of the 55% dark Belgian chocolate shavings into a mug, add a touch of hot water to mix into a paste. Heat up your preferred plant until its steaming, and pour this over the paste. Stir well until all the chocolate is melted. Enjoy!
